Asia Pharma Expo 2009 (APE2009), the international exhibition for South Asian pharmaceutical market was conducted on January 22 to 24, 2009 at Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Center, Dhaka. The three-day international event saw exhibiting companies from 18 countries exhibit their technology. The event was supported by the Export Promotion Bureau--Bangladesh, endorsed by the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC-INDIA), Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council (Pharmexcil), India, and Bulk Drug Manufacturers Association, (BDMA), India. It was sponsored by two of the largest pharma giants of the region: Eskayef Bangladesh and Beximco Pharmaceuticals. Read more
